So, a few bits of

and we change the coats into winter attire.  Kingpin also gets his ascot
removed.  If it didn't have a diamond in it, it might be OK for a scarf.  But
that figure doesn't wear a scarf.

Then we paint them up and put them on white bases.  While I usually don't go 
for decorative bases, snow is easy and I don't mind if these figures are always
walking around in a little pile of snow, no matter where they are.
