Turtle Kaiju

This is some type of Super Mario toy. I think it's either Bowser or King Koopa. While he is wearing garish colours, the overall detail on the figure is pretty decent. I find that farily common, especially with fast food toys, etc.

I had to add a little green stuff to it. This is also common, there are usually a couple screws or screw holes, as well as a couple bits that needed filled in on the spikes. Probably for injection mold reasons.

After smoothing the bits, I give it a base colour. I am going to use browns, etc. to finish him (I already have a green terrasque). You can also see the detail better with paint on it, rather than the shiny plastic.

Here he is done up. I used some red metallic and brass metallic colours to add a little pop to him.
